Commercial Lending Network
Direct access to commercial mortgage lenders.
Over 100 of the top commercial mortgage banks and lenders in the country are on PrePaid’s automated underwriting and loan placement platform for one purpose: to receive qualified deal flow from active buyers. PrePaid collects and organizes the client’s information and the Lenders only see deals that meet their underwriting guidelines. Each lender in the network receives on average, $200,000,000 or more in annual commercial loan volume to quote for PrePaid clients.
Synchronizing with the lenders
When you provide PrePaid with all your information, we complete a detailed loan submission package and upload your complete loan file to lenders that match your financing requirements. Lender matches are based on property type, LTV, DSCR, occupancy, location, loan amount, term, amortization, and requested loan type (permanent, refinance, construction, bridge, etc.). Since this is a real-time connection, underwriting is completed in a timely manner.
Receiving loan commitments from lenders:
A PrePaid Representative will notify you via email when a loan commitment is ready to download. Loan commitments include the proposed interest rate, terms, conditions, and third party closing costs. PrePaid provides this origination service as part of our standard membership with no additional fees.
